Just a five minute drive will take you to one of the best deli in Wales “Cobbles” where you will find delicious Breakfasts, coffees and their famous sandwiches.
We’ve partnered with local professional musician, Adam Lewis, to bring something truly special to your stay. With over 20 years of live experience, Adam doesn’t just perform but creates a genuine atmosphere - whether that’s a laid-back garden gathering or a wedding weekend by the sea. He’s played across the UK and beyond, as a solo acoustic artist, in duos, and with long-standing band, Omega Blend.

Please keep noise levels down when outside. We observe a strict "quiet time" outdoors after 10:00 PM, but feel free to move the party inside to the living areas or games room.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No food or outdoor clothing in the water. Please use the outdoor shower and remove makeup before entering to keep the water crystal clear.
No children under 4 should use the hot tub.
Please use the outdoor shower to rinse off sand before entering the house or the hot tub.
Please remove shoes before heading upstairs.
Games Room: If staying with little ones, please remove the darts from the games room.
Please note there are no stair gates fitted; please keep a close eye on adventurous toddlers!
Check-in is from 4:00 PM. If the house is ready earlier, we’ll be sure to let you know! Check-out is by 10:30 AM on your departure day to allow us time to prepare for our next guests.

Yes. We love our neighbours and ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum when outdoors. We have a strict "quiet time" outside after 10:00 PM, but you are more than welcome to move the fun inside to the living areas or the games room!
Our games room is fully equipped for friendly competition with a pool table, dartboard, and table tennis.
The Tusker Rock: A friendly coastal pub just a 2-minute walk away.
Cobbles Deli: A 5-minute drive away, famous for being the "best deli in Wales"—perfect for breakfast, coffee, and legendary sandwiches.
